Our colleagues make Horizon Care what it is.
Together, we support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities and complex support needs, including people with substance misuse, addiction and co-occurring needs, or forensic and criminal justice backgrounds to live with greater choice, confidence and independence.
Across our supported living, residential care and outreach services, every role contributes to the quality of support people experience. Whether you work directly with the people we support or within our behavioural, clinical, operational or central teams, you will be helping to create services where people feel understood, respected and empowered.

How are people involved in recruitment?
The people we support are at the heart of Horizon Care, including how we choose new colleagues. Depending on the role, candidates may meet the people they could be working alongside through an interview or informal meet and greet.
Their feedback helps us find people with the right values, personality and approach. It also gives candidates an opportunity to learn more about the people, team and service before deciding whether Horizon is right for them.
