Support Worker
Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and other complex needs to live with greater choice, confidence and independence, in their homes and communities.
You could be helping someone to:
- Develop everyday living skills and work towards personal goals
- Manage their health and wellbeing
- Build relationships and take part in community life
You do not always need previous care experience. We look for the right values, approach and willingness to learn, and you will receive a 12-week induction.
